Victoria Gilmore (b. Midland, TX 1996) is a figurative painter and draftsman(woman) who strives to depict the grit and wild beauty of nature and human life through contemporary realism.

With odes to the old west and those who came before us, capturing raw emotion, the fight for survival and purpose feels like a calling. To forget our past is to forget ourselves.

Spending four years studying drawing and painting at atelier schools in Texas and California, Gilmore now works primarily as a freelance fine artist based in the Texas Hill Country.

Through this work, a hope will always remain that viewers be captivated by the threads that bind God’s sentient creation and its remarkable resilience throughout time.
